Most Blessed Trinity Academy
News
From the desk of the principals…
We are beginning our 4th week of school, and our students are developing a consistent routine. Ms. Gritzmacher and I are busy learning the culture and climate of Most Blessed Trinity Academy. The students have been respectful, and their smiles let me know that they are enjoying being back in school. The faculty and staff here display a commitment and love of teaching that will enhance your child’s educational experience.
Every Wednesday morning our students attend Mass at 7:30 AM. Please join our school family at Mass. Our students play an active role in the Mass.
Parent Meeting - Very Important
There are many new and exciting things happening this year at MBTA. You will hear about many of them next week, as we host our Back-To-School Parent Night. This is an important meeting for all parents - no students are to attend this meeting. Parents are reminded that this is not set up to be a conference, but rather an exchange of classroom information and procedures. The schedule will be as follows:
6:00 – 6:25 Parents arrive for general meeting in the gymnasium
Volunteer information given
Virtus Training Sign up
6:30 – 6:45 Session 1
Parents visit their child’s homeroom teacher.
There will be a short presentation, allowing time for questions.
6:50 – 7:05 Session 2
This is so that parents with 2 children can visit another teacher.
There will be a short presentation, allowing time for questions.
7:10 – 7:25 Session 3
Parents with three children can use this session to visit another classroom.
Parents are welcome to leave after visiting their child’s homeroom teacher. Or, parents can visit another teacher during a subsequent session. Ms. Gritzmacher and I will be available all evening to greet parents and provide information. There will be a free raffle for all parents, so don’t forget to get your raffle ticket when you enter!
Thank You, Volunteers!
A HUGE thank you to Ms. Valdes and the 8th graders who volunteered last Friday distributing food to the needy. We were able to serve 720 cars in 2 hours! Your leadership and teamwork are so appreciated. God bless you!

i-Ready
Students are finishing up their i-Ready assessments. These assessments are so important because they measure the growth of our students throughout the year. MBTA has shown that our students generally Exceed Expectations in both Reading and Math. Let’s keep up the good work!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Brinkman
