TLC Program
MBTA offers our families both before and after-school care in order to support our families' busy schedules.
Monday through Friday
from 6-7 a.m. and 2-5 p.m.
When classes are not in session,
TLC is unavailable
TLC Program Rates:
1 Child – $3.50/hour
2 or more – $5.00/hour

TCL Program
Transportation
Bus transportation is available for eligible families.
Eligibility requirements are determined by the Waukegan District 60.
